# The Genesis Manifesto: Sovereign Mohawk Ecosystem

## I. The Declaration of Data Sovereignty

The current paradigm of medical AI is broken. Global oncology breakthroughs are held hostage by data silos, "privacy theater," and the exorbitant costs of centralized compute.

We believe that the cure for cancer should not be a trade secret of a single corporation, nor should it require the sacrifice of patient privacy.

The Sovereign Mohawk Ecosystem exists to build a planetary-scale, formally verified intelligence layer where data remains local, but insights become global.

## II. The Technical Covenant

We commit to a standard of "Privacy by Mathematical Proof," not just "Privacy by Promise." In the live demo, every node in the Mohawk network is represented through a simulation layer that adheres to:

- Formal Verification: Our core protocol, [Sovereign-Mohawk-Proto](../flower_security_wrapper/README.md), is framed for formally checked aggregation controls and demo-aligned enforcement.
- Active Privacy Budgeting: We maintain a clinical-grade privacy budget ($\epsilon \approx 0.61$), ensuring that no individual patient record can ever be reconstructed from global model updates.
- Hardware Attestation: Every participant is a "Sovereign Co-Founder." Through TPM quote acceptance, we verify that compute is happening on secure, untampered hardware.

## III. The Sustainability Mandate

Centralized AI is a resource parasite. Mohawk is built for the Green AI era. By shifting intelligence to the edge, we achieve:

- 75% Energy Reduction: Distributed training utilizes local ambient cooling and removes the need for mega-data centers.
- Zero-Water Cooling: Our edge-node architecture relies on standard infrastructure, saving millions of gallons of water annually compared to centralized GPU clusters.
